Eligibility: Swimwear items are eligible for return within 15 days from the day the merchandise is shipped out. The swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

Returns Process: Send an e-mail to oceanflowersportugal@gmail.com and provide your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the address to return the swimwear item.

Return Options: We will reimburse the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping fees, within a reasonable timeframe.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Verification and Processing: Once we receive your returned swimwear, we will verify it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
